openbox s9 question- weird color when first turned on is this normal ?

I saw the same thing on first boot.. ALSO seeing a GREEN TINT , using COMPONENT OUT(3 cable) to a 54" PANASONIC Plasma. Is there a software fix for this?

There's no fix for the green tint problem yet, which is strange since it only appeared after a software upgrade. (You don't want the pre-upgrade software though.)

I think, however, that you might be using the COMPOSITE outputs if you're seeing the green problem. I've never seen it on the component outputs. Are you using the yellow cable for video and red and white for audio, or the red, green, and blue cables for video and red and white for audio?
