does anyone have the websight link for the china based company that makes the openbox? I used to have it, but forgot to save. Need original firmware for my machine. Thanks, Chad

we have a couple firmwares listed in the files section
Openbox 9/27/2010 firmware - Downloads - SatelliteGuys.US is the one I prefer right now

There is also the one that fixes the green tint on composite out, but it slows the blind scan down and it still wouldn't scan in Telemundo on 79W which has a low SR, so I'm still using the one listed above.

I can't remember the website either, but I think they only keep the latest version there.

Thanks so much, I installed firmware to fix green tint issue and the blind scan is so painfully slow I can't stand it. I didn't care about the green tint issue, but I wanted to fix the timer. Now with the blind scan so slow, I don't care if the timer works. Thank you I'll give the 9/27/10 firmware a go. Chad

I really don't think the new version fixed the timer.
