I can not move dish using DisEQC1.2 it jest quit I have replaced Positioner.
I can move it with remote and have a good singal. can any one help

Save your channel list and try a factory reset.

easy basic place to start check coax cables , is motor being power by the receiver ?

Did it/you by chance set the motor to USALS for all positions
(I did that once on my S9 using modified S10 FW)
