Only 60 Channels

Just hooked up pansat 2500A and I am only getting around 50-60 channels mostly local ones and a bunch crap. Is the cable on the back of the reciever supposed to be plugged into Antenna or FI I have it in antenna could this be the problem.

It goes into what should be labeled as "IF Input". The one labeled "Ant In" is for your Terrestrial Over The Air Antenna.

what satellite are you aimed at that you are getting 50-60 local channels?

Yikes...did G10 upgrade the amount of channels?? We shall soon see
