Ordered additional Starchoice programming online today. How long should it take for my new channels to show up? They say up to 48 hours. Wanted to hear what you guys think.

But waiting on the phone can be a nightmare, I have never waited LESS thank 13 minutes. I submit mine online all the time and it takes about 24 hours for me.

So what's quicker, 13 minutes or 24 hours?
Iceberg does what I do, I phone and get it done while I wait on the phone. Never any problems.
If you have time to sit on the throne up there on Constipation Heights, then you can wait on the phone. :D

change

if you are not in a rush, then use the computer. if you are in a rush call *c and they will have it changed while you are on the phone.
Not much more you can ask for.

afriend of mine called *c about 8 times in amonth to change his progamming-- ( from usa) he wanted to watch something on seattle pbs that was not on spokane etc and the same with detroit and buffalo pbs and vive versa.
Know what *c told him? no problem, change as often as you like.
BTW, no charge to change it.

Good advice. I have found their CSR's usually competent and the ability to roll the programing at will, free of charge, is a great factor. Their picture quality is great also.

For me and my schedule, the 2 minute convenience of changing it online before leaving for work...12 hour shift, a little sleep, by the time I wake, my channels are changed.....working the way I do and living in Constipation Heights takes a lot of my TV time away....LMAO! :D

Getting ready to try this again
