Online signup for Dish Question

I'm trying to sign my mom up for Dish Network service through their website. I want the install scheduled for the afternoon of the 17th. In the drop down box where you pick the install date, it lists Sunday through Saturday, but gives no dates. Do I just pick Wednesday afternoon, hoping they know not to try and come tomorrow? I want it on the 17th, because I can be there all afternoon and deal with the installer.

I know this sounds simple, but I'd suggest you make notes of exactly what you want, and then just call Dish and set it up with them. That will eliminate any guessing.
