Online Bill Pay not working on Dish Website

I am unable to pay my bill online, I have been doing this for a long time, until this month, now the Submit button to complete the transaction is greyed out, only the clear button will work. I check my copy of Java, it is current, my browser(s) is current. I have tried this on 4 other computers, all had the same results. when I hover over the submit button, it shows JavaScript(0)

Make sure your name is filled in.

Yes, you have to fill in the info before submit comes alive...

It was greyed out for me this morning as well...until I figured out that one required field needed some info. I believe it was the "name on card" field.
