One dish for HD in Gibraltar Michigan

Hi

is it possible to have 1 Dish for HD in Gibraltar Michigan, Our condo will association approves of one Dish, but 2 they do not..so if we need a second for locals, we're stuck. Best Buy said we had to upgrade to HD for our new Television.

Currently have Dish 500 system, replacing 522 DVR for HD DVR

dish 1000 is a one dish for all hd channels - except locals.

if detroit dma (not sure where gibraltar is?) then the 1000+ also gets HD locals, and is a one dish solution.

None of the other MI dmas had HD locals over dish as of now, except Detroit.

Either way, you should be ok with one dish. Main things that would require another are internationals or sky angel.

One Dish In Gibraltar Michigan

We are 30 miles South of Detroit, hopefully we are ok with One Dish, Condo is kinda strict on these things, but they do allow our one Dish 500 system, so one dish will be great. Tried getting HDTV with Cable back at our old house, but come to find out our original tv that were replacing was a Digital Big Screen, not true High Defintion according to Best Buy

Has anyone in the Detroit area been able to get E* to install a 1000+ on a side wall of a house? I understand that they only will go for a pole mount, which I do not want to do, and I sure want to take advantage of all the equipment that is included in their install of a VIP622 (DPP44, Dish 1000+) and the lease on the receiver as well. It sure saves a lot of money over having to buy everything.
