On Demand Not Working

Can anyone on here try to download The Last Ship episode 5 of Season 3, or any of Season 2 of Outlander? I keep getting error messages when trying to "Watch Now" or Download for later. In fact I just got done yanking out all of the hardwired DECA connections thinking it had gone bad and set up wireless. Same issue.

on the genie, go to internet settings > advanced > reset, then do a red button reset and force a software download. i've seen that work before. why would you have more than one deca installed?
