on Demand - Not adding to queue

I've been brousing the DirecTV website to download movies. All the movies I've selected so far are free. On the website, I click the orange download button and get the green confirmation. But when I check the queue on my DirecTV receiver, not everything shows up. For example, this afternoon I selected four free movies from the website. Only two are movies in the queue, the 2nd and 4th that I selected. I do feel I waited long enough for all four to be added to the queue. Also, this has happened to me in the past. The "missing" movies never show up.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Are some free movies "off limits", and the website just isn't telling me this? Something else?
