This is a new feature that allows you to use the website to reactivate and deactivate purchased receivers without having to call or chat. If you no longer want to see those receivers listed there, you can call Dish and ask to have them completely removed from your account. (In some cases, having old deactivated receivers tied to your account caused the Flex Pack options to not show up under the programming choices on the website. Removing the old receivers from the account fixes this problem. Before the recent change, deactivated receivers did not show up under My Equipment, so there was no way to easily see if old receivers were still tied to the account.)
