Old HD Pak Price Increase?

I have looked and haven't found an answer, I have the old HD pak for $9.99, come Feb will I still be paying the $9.99 or am I going to be forced to pay $20 under the new price plan. If it goes to $20 I would be paying for channels that my 942 can't even get, how fair is that?
