Old Dish HD $20 pack change to Dish Essential

I just downgraded from the $20 HD Pack to Dish Essentials and I no longer am getting my Locals in HD?? I still receive my Pittsburgh locals but not in HD. Are they not included in the new essentials pack?? Yes I "moved" to Pittsburgh a while ago.

Better call customer service. Your HD locals would be included even if you paid nothing but the HD enabling fee, which is now $7/mo.
