Repost from another thread for the Gaylord: Helpful FYI for everybody, you can get free parking by just having a beer, food, etc. in any of the restaurants inside and having them validate your parking ( I eat there from time to time).

Well folks tommorow is the day!

Remember we are meeting in APPALOSA 2 which is located on the 3rd flood. The event starts at 2pm and is scheduled to end at 5pm. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 3:15PM as we will be leaving our meeting room for a very special tour.

Also remember to bring your camera, you never know who are what your going to see.

Finger foods and soft drinks will be provided.
