off air antenna on the 622

I just have a question regarding running the regular antenna into the TV 2. I

wanted to run the dish 622 TV 2 too two TVs and I wanted to run the regular

antenna line to those TVs also. Is there a splitter that can run two IN instead of

just one IN. The normal ones only have one IN and the rest are out.

You can combine splitters, and if you use a splitter in reverse it is then called a "combiner." Example, a 2x1 connected to a 1x4 to feed four tvs from two inputs.

does the vip 622 have a off air tuner for sd or hd?

It receives digital stations. Whether they are SD or HD is up to the broadcaster's whim.
