Since my subs on Starz with Superst* are up next month, I checked with the Programing Center on their "deal" for Starz. They told me $165 per yr::yikes . When I mentioned that NPS had it for $105, the Rep told me they represent 2 different companies, and that the "other" one (unnamed) was $145!!! And to think I was paying Supers* about $200 for the Starz!

Interestingly she had never been told that G15 was even up there, and would be taking the place of G1...love fishing for info!:D

Just goes to show you...unlike the pizza pan stuff, it pays to shop around.

I have seen different package pricing between vendors but never on a single ALA CARTE sub like Starz!

Looks like I will still have 2 providers, since I am about to schedule NPS with their Starz deal to take effect when my other one expires later next month, and the programing Ctr's will not expire until next Dec!...First time I got a hit with the programing Ctr's programing, they wiped out my Starz from Supers*! had to get it re hit from them as well! Hope it does not happen again.

Can you believe that one! The only reason I have any programing with the Programing Ctr is that it was part of my 922 purchase "deal" from SkyV*. The rep also said she believed that more stations would be leaving analog shortly but did not give anymore info when questioned! I asked if they were going to go digital and got a long period of silence but no answer. OMINOUS! <even we all know what is coming>

Don't forget to cancel your subscription with YSP, otherwise they might renew it automatically and bill you as a "courtesy."

Thanks...

That would be called an "Evergreen" renewal...that is illegal in Nevada!!! (and should be everywhere else too IMHO!)

I will cancel anyway to avoid the hassel! Thanks again

I thought SRL had better pricing on the new Denvers.

could be, but I never subscribed to them anyway so I never looked! Spoke with my cousin the other day (the one with Direct TV) he is paying $90 per month for his subs! Yikes!
