"Now Playing List" grouping

I have read that the Now Playing List for DirectTV dvr's does not have the ability to group by show due to older software, is this true?
If no can someone point me in the direction of how to do this?

I have a hughes sd-dvr80.

It's true. D* has not updated to the version 4 software for directivos. The code is written and made available to D* but they are not distributing.
