Not letting me record on OTA

722 and OTA. I cant create a timer on the OTA. Whats going on?

TV1 and TV2 both have a recording going on. I thought I could go to a OTA channel and also record another thing...???

You can. Are you sure you are selecting the OTA channel and not the satellite equivalent? That would be blocked (or the recording terminated) if your tuner is in use for a recording.

So if there is the same channel available to record via dish, it will record the dish channel before the OTA channel...?

No, OTA channel and sat supplied local channels will have similar number, OTA is different color. Make sure you are selecting OTA channel.

Yes, I am. It will not allow me to select the yellow, OTA selection in the guide.

I haven't actually tried doing this recently. Are you saying that you did indeed scan in your locals and these are now showing up in the guide with yellow, and you can select and watch them, but you can't record them when two sat channels are recording? That is bizarre. I think I've found myself recording something on TV1 and successfully switched to an OTA channel recently. Not sure.

Try removing them and rescanning them back in.
