Well I took off today to have Voom installed only to have the installer tell me that the ladder they use (28 foot) is not tall enough that they need for me to either rent a ladder or have installs inc find someone with a 40 foot ladder... I don't see where the problem lies in that I have had dish and directv installed prior to voom and never had this problem with either of those services... at any rate my installation is now pending them being able to install before the superbowl
