Not getting Comcast Sports Net or Big Ten

Did Dish drop the regional sports channels in Chicago? I'm not getting Comcast Sport Net (Chicago) or Big Ten Network any more. I was getting the channels last weekend.

Is anyone else here having the same problem? Thought I would ask here before I try the CSR's.

I have a similar problem. I can't get the sports alternates. I have two 508's and the alternates don't show on either of them. I've tried reboots, check switch, you name it. Nothing works. I called Tech support and a very nice fellow spent the better part of 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I can live without the alternates, so its no big deal but it is strange.

I've had channels disappear from the guide in the past, usually a hard reset brings them back.
