Not Authorized to view

My roommate and I have 3 boxes; all of a sudden 2 of the boxes show the message "You are not authorized to view this channel...", while one of the boxes still works and shows every channel. Anyone know what the deal with this is? We called Voom and they said unplug the boxes for 20 seconds and then plug them back in, but that doesn't do sh*t.
