Hello, is it possible to capture satellite frequencies of TV channels through a satellite Internet capture unit like the Norsat brand? I hope the answer is because I have one and I don’t know what to do with it

That is a high quality PLL LNB. Yes you can receive TV signals with that LNB. However, It only receives a portion of the Ku band in use at your location. That LNB receives frequencies 10.95ghz ~ 11.70ghz. It is also a single polarity LNB. It can be oriented to receive Vertical or Horizontal signals or used with a polar rotor and feed horn to receive both.
