Noob Help coolsat 6000 premium

I have a Coolsat 6000 premium that has stopped working, and So I want to update it so It can work again, well I did it but it didnt do anything at all, so I saw this Fix on a review for the channels, so I tried that but now it deleted all my channels?

Can Anyone guide me step by step? Or direct me to a tread.

Need a little more info like DIsh size, LNB type, is a motor involved?

I dont know anything about it, All I now is every once in a while it goes out for some reason?

are you aimed at a specific satellite? or is it motorized?

It's aimed at a specific satallite, But I don't know what It is, Maybe its dish, because thats what we have/had? Do you know what satallite has the best quallity and shows that work, Or is it the same no matter what satallite your on?

Well everything got delete, but I managed to get a few channels, Do either of you know how to get the dish satallite coordinates? And Another problem I'm having now, I got a few channels to work, but I have to turn off my reciever and back on in order for the signal to go all the way up? What should I do

where you get your updated files from? I have not heard of any officially newly release files for the 6000?

Can you name one specific channel so we can determine where you are aimed at?

LOL dish keeps screwing with them so often they can't keep up! This one
doesn't even know what channels he watches ...but I know how to fix it-----
