Noob 722 question

I have a 722 in "Dual" tuner mode. When I want to record a current program I am given the choice of tv 1 or tv 2. But when I try to program a recording for the future I am only given the option I set in "Record Plus". It seems a bit clunky to have to always go to the menu to set this before recording a future event.

Is there a setting I can change so I can select which tv to record to for future events?

Turn off Record Plus and future events will record to the tuner you set the timer with.
