Non-motorized Polar Mount?

I think I am beyond the confusion. The 45 degree crank of the J-tube solves the problem of my 10 degree minimum dish elevation. So my settings would be 38.2 for latitude and subtracting 5.64 for declination from the 45 degree crank I would set dish elevation to 39.36 degrees. Dish offset becomes a wash. I’ll carry my J-tube to the hardware store to look for suitable mounting hardware. Actually since I can’t see much of the arc due to trees I will be fixing it on the Glorystar 99 position (97 and 101) hoping to gain some signal with the dish skewed instead of the LNBFs.
