No Watch on Dishonline

I am trying to watch cricket in 582. I have tried on my pc, iPad and iPhone and i can choose record but no option to watch.
I am so pissed with Dish right now. Can't fix anything.
Before anyone asks yes I am using the latest Dish apps on my Idevices.

Why else would I be trying. Lol
Also list all my DVR contend but won't allow to watch. I pay $170 a month for the inconvenience.
