No video output

Quick question for the experts...
I have a HR20 and it stopped outputting video. I changed connections from HDMI to component but still no pic. The far right lights that tell you the resolution are not lit at alll. \
I have tried unplugging and different cables any other ideas?
Oh this unit is about 6 months old. I called D and they are sending another unit but I would like to be able to get my show off of this one, I still haven't finished 24.

Have you tried S-Video and composite as well?

IF you get it going, how are you moving your programming ?
You can move them by copying them to another recording device, but not to another D* HD DVR.

I haven't got it working yet, I'll try the s-video. I am out of town and the wife is having a fit.
