No transponder 10 signal

T60 shows zero on both tuners.

HDtivo shows the same zeros on Xponder 10 plus a whole host of other zeros mostly on the evens but at least one odd transponder

So why would i not be able to get xponder 10?

It could be not in use or be a spotbeam transponder you don't get...

You should get a signal on transponder 10 as it is active on both the 101 and 110 sats. Check the link above, it lists all the transponders with the channels.

Got home and everything works perfectly..arghhhh. I may still check outside and all those connections and silicone them up.

i'm recording something on tnt every morning as a check to see if this happens again

can you guess if this means that the problem is NOT HDtivo? I got my weaknees drive today and really am wanting to install it!
