No Sound HD

Is any experiencing this?

The local CBS channel in Miami, WFOR 4, is broadcasting without sound. There is a picture. The feed is HD. When I change to the standard broadcast, there is picture and sound. I am receiving the signal through DirecTV via a outdoor antenna. I have the national CBS feed from NY, and it is OK.


I have forgotten to mention that this is occurring on only one TV

If you are using the OTA antenna to get your local affiliate HD, then that is NOT via DirecTV; that is direct from the affiliate. So you will need to call their engineering phone number to verify if they are having a problem.

The issue on the local affiliate will generally not replicate on the NY CBS-HD.

The WFOR digital audio seems to be having a issue right now...read the local

It's national. I am assuming you are talking about the Uconn game.
The announcers disappered during the second half. (That's a good thing!)
