No signal in a decoder

Hi,
I have an old DirecTV receiver, it was working normally but after 3 months of no use I am getting no signal (0) on it. I tried with a different decoder and it works at the same connection. what should I do? (I already did the soft reset and hard reset)

I would call D* customer service. They may offer you a replacement receiver at very low cost.
