It's working now...
I added a cap and three diodes to the coax to the dish. (As mentioned above,
somewhere) AND I now get all channels!
Before the diodes I tried a 12V DC supply but I was locking only about 50% of the
time, so I went looking for some diodes to drop the voltage by about 2 volts
(3*1n4148s). With this circuit ALL transponders are in the low 90s, except for #13,
checking in with a 77.
