They swapped me from WA to EA when LOS was no longer reliable due to large trees--110 was the worst. NO charge/NO commitment and had an outstanding tech do the job. Really happy they did or I would've had to cancel after 12 years. I did lose my SD locals but have 'em via Dish in HD as well as OTA. Guess I just got lucky.
