The same thing happened to me when I got installed last month. A call to CSR fixed it in a jiff. It wasn't even on my account even though it was promised to me by the upgrade CSR I spoke to. When I called to see what's up, the CSR added them and even set it up to auto cancel so I don't have to at the end of three months. Also got the Cinemax 1 cent deal while on the phone. No problems. Give them a call.
