I've just recently purchased a coolsat 4000 pro fta receiver and tried to install it,but I haven't been able to receive any channels,,,I have a 76cm winegard dich mounted onto a sg-2100 H-H motor with a snh-031 lnbf...signal level is 70-80 on most satellites,,, but quality level is low...all that I get when trying to view a picture is the menu screen, when I try to veiw a picture it says no channels ,,My area code is 23024....appreciate any help!!!

Satellite Finder is (c) Copyright 2004, P. LutusI would remove the motor and try to find and store a few satellites before adding it. When you do add it AMC-5 seems to be the closest to True south for you, its at 79w.
The motor elevation should be at 52 deg. (one side of the motor is elevation and the other is latitude. so watchout for that)
And the dish elevation at 24 deg.
Make sure you have the correct L.O. setting for the universal LNBF you have it should be set to Universal 09750-10600 as the L.O.
