No Audio on Some Commercials (NATGEO)

I don't know how many other channels or commercials this is happening on. Watching NATGEO HD the audio is DD 5.1 all the time, but when this one commercial (pro active acne) comes on my AVR switches to ProLogic and I get no sound at all. After the commercial is done it switches back to DD 5.1 and audio comes back. I'm using 722 spdif to AVR.

Edit: Just spotted another commercial on NATGEO with same problem- big city slider station....

I noticed the same thing. Thought it was my surround receiver, but it always came back after the commerical. Hmmm, I kind of like this!
