I called DN 5 weeks ago and was put on the 811 waiting list... After 3 called in the last week, I finally asked for a list of vendors locally that they would be contacting.. I reached one and after 3 days of figuring out the promo with DN, I went to the vendor and got the deal. Ive had my 811 for less than 24 hours and it has the "new" patch.
Persistance is what you need. Find a local vendor by asking DN who would they be contacting and start working the vendor. Dont give up.
