Not such a good deal, it's OEM copy.
$199 is the going rate for the OEM Ultimate edition. However, the fact that you get a HDTV tuner (~$90), a 2GB flash drive (~$30), a mini router ($~50), and a photo printer ($~100) sweetens the deal considerably. The only thing that isn't real clear is if you have to pay for the "free" items up front to get reimbursed via mail-in rebate, or if you submit the mail in rebate and they send you the items.

Good Question?

All offers are mail in rebates that you get after you purchase a PC (built by a local business) pre-loaded by that business with Vista. Looks like no Dell's or Gateways, just build machines. Don't know if the price is adjusted for the bonus goodies or not, can't tell....
