According to the folks at nhl.tv the dispute is still going on, so no MSG-HD on GameCenter Live or any cable/sat Center Ice package.

Well MSG-HD is available for us whom live in the DMA (Buffalo). I watched the Rangers/Detroit in HD last night.

I'm in NC and I was able to get the Rangers/Detroit in HD last night. I didn't watch for long, but flipped there briefly and it was definitely in HD.

They are not blocking Preseason. It is scheduled to be blocked in Regular Season.

The SD version was blocked on TWC last night, while it was available on the HD Tier.

Well MSG-HD is available for us whom live in the DMA (Buffalo). I watched the Rangers/Detroit in HD last night.

Again, this doesn't affect people who get MSG-HD or MSG+/HD as their regional sports net. The dispute with the NHL only affects people who only see MSG as part of the Center Ice package.

What exactly is the dispute about, is this still over the website dispute from last year? I thought the NHL owned the rights to all of its games, so shouldn't they have say over this, can't they force MSG to put its HD feed in the NHLCI package?

Again, the NHL really needs to get this resolved if they want to keep the fans around.
