NHL 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs

I'm heading to Connecticut ( northern ) Memorial day weekend. I see game 5, if needed, is 5/25. Couple of questions. Will I be in Bruins or Rangers country? I'll assume southern Conn may be NY fans ? And most importantly, which channel do I tune into for the game?
All of the round 2 games are nationally televised so the game should be on one of the NBC networks, they just haven't announced which one yet for that game 5.

It's bad Karma and Sportsmanship to mock other sports teams. I wanted to see the Caps win because: 1) they have a really bad playoff history and 2) I can get free playoff tickets.

I hate that player and that team, you being fan of a team in the West wouldn't understand the hatred between the two teams.

Bill...you really think so? I am actually feeling a little uneasy about the Sharks...other than that they may be rusty from a long layoff.

I just don't see them giving the Kings too much trouble, but then again I thought Vancouver would have no problem with the Sharks. :o

It will be interesting to see how the Kings handle home ice advantage...something they never had during their amazing Cup run or the Blues series.

That Leaf choke has now taken over as my worse moment as a Leaf fan, before it was when Wayne scored late in game 7 during the 93 conference finals.

But there were some funny tweets that went out, one of my favourites above.

Although, this one is right up there,

"When I die, I want the #leafs to lower me into my grave, so that they can let me down, one more time."

Kings up 2 zip.
12m left in the game @ Staples.

I didn't see much of the game, but the parts I did see had the Sens keeping up with the Pens. I take it the difference with the Powerplay and goal-tending.

Along with forecheck, backcheck, physicality. The sens improved their game in the second, but then just seemed overpowered. Looks to be a good series, too bad the games are so far apart. That drives me nuts.

At this point, it's all due to TV ...

Q: How many Maple Leafs does it take to win the Cup?
A: Who knows.. and we'll likely never find out.

Q: What do you call a Maple Leaf player w/ a Cup ring?
A: Either very very old, or a thief!

Go Habs!

Cheers, K

Red Wings are out-manned in this series but a hot goalie, experienced veterans, and our youngsters maturing during the season/playoffs will hopefully give us a good opportunity. We shall see. Go Wings!
