NFL TIC and TP

Ok Sunday is around the corner and I now have HD and have had problems.
So to be on the safe side.
Not sure if anybody will know this but I will give a shot.

What TP/Sat are NFL HD on so I can make sure signal level is solid

I thought this might not be known so if anybody has any suggestions that would be great.
my sat 103 all even numbers are lower then the odd however I have no idea what is on them.
