What's with the #@*&% NFLRZ? !5 minutes of nothing but a score board and radio!
I think you're watching NFL, not NFL RZ.
I'm not a football fan, but I am quire impressed with NFL Redzone. Unless someone wanted to watch all of a specific out of market game (their old hometown, perhaps), I really don't see the value of NFL Sunday Ticket, anymore. Everyone I know who has NFL ST is constantly changing channels and some have multiple monitors, essentially doing the same thing that NFL Redzone does: trying to find those scoring moments.
Red Zone Freeview Coming
Don't know why they waited until week 4 - perhaps they wanted to build up some word of mouth (not a bad idea), but next Sunday Oct. 4 there will be an NFL Red Zone Freeview. Seeing as I've read quite a few glowing reviews of the channel, I'll be interested in seeing it for myself.
As to that Statzone thing on 154 for the early kickoffs, someone needs to tweak it a bit so all of the scores show. Having one of the score boxes alternate just doesn't seem right.
