NFL remote

Hey guys. I have a few of those NFL remotes. They work great with thr HR 24, but I cannot get it to do anything on my 34. Any ideas or is just not suppose to work?

Is the hr34 set on RF mode?
Go into the menu and settings and remote the check the mode

NFL remotes are model number RC64, while HR34 come with RC65X remotes. Not sure if that makes any difference or not.
