NFL HD on Locals

If my local Fox station (Tampa) has the Bucs game in HD, will I be able to see it in HD even if I don't subscribe to NFLST. I have an HR10.

Yes, local games are independant of Sunday Ticket. Any games shown on your locals are blacked out in your area on Sunday Ticket per league rules.
