The stations that have launched the new generation digital TV broadcast technology are KASW (CW), KNXV (ABC), KSAZ (FOX), KUTP (Fox10 Xtra), KPHO (CBS), KTVK (Independent), KTAZ (Telemundo, finalizing its service availability by the end of the summer), KAET (PBS), KPNX (NBC), KFPH-CD (UniMas), and KTVW (Univision).

I thought that they already had NextGen TV. The Kansas City, MO\KS will be getting NextGen TV in a little over a month.

Phoenix has had NextGen since 2018, but in July, expanded by adding KTVK and KTAZ to the NextGen lineup. KASW and KFPH-CD are NextGen hosts and the other stations have their NextGen signals on those two stations. KPHO and KPNX switched hosts, from KFPH-CD to KASW, and KTVK and KTAZ replaced them on KFPH-CD.

Only two full power stations in Phoenix are not broadcasting a NextGen signal: KPAZ (TBN O&O) and KPPX (Ion affiliate owned by Inyo).
