Unfortunately with the current dispute, and the pending litigation, this dispute has the potential to impact a lot of people for a long time. College Football and the NFL would be the only upcoming factor that may get them to bargain a little more urgently, but if that doesn't get it done this could go for a while. With the writer/actor strike there isn't going to be a ton of compelling television this fall, which only further decreases urgency on the DirecTV side.
