DIRECTV and Newsmax Media, Inc. have announced that they reached a mutually beneficial business agreement for a multi-year distribution deal that will return the Newsmax channel to DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, and U-verse on March 23, 2023.
DIRECTV is pleased to welcome Newsmax back (and would have preferred it never left).
DIRECTV’s successful negotiation with Newsmax was based on delivering Newsmax at the right value at no additional cost to customers – not politics or ideology.
As of March 23, 2023, Newsmax will return to DIRECTV & DIRECTV Stream on Channel 349, and to U-verse on Channel 1220.
Also on March 23, 2023, The FIRST conservative news network will be found on DIRECTV & DIRECTV Stream on Channel 347 and on U-verse on Channel 1221.
