i am new to FTA, just got a 36" dish with a ku lnb
i am trying to find the best source for satelite mounting and direction to use galaxy 25 at 97

if there is a quick how to on this site please let me know

What is your latitude and longitude? Are you using a fixed or motorized dish? Universal or standard LNBF? What brand receiver are you using?

As for mounting, there are many methods, ranging from planting a fence post in concrete to using non-penetrating roof mounts on a flat roof. The important thing is to make sure the pole you mount the dish on is completely level.
