Newbie VCR Question With 811

How do you hook up a stereo vcr to 811 receiver, hdtv and audio receiver. I know it is simple but I can't figure it out? Thanks

The 811 outputs are all active at the same time. Can't you use s-video and composite out to the VCR, composite out to the audio, and component or DVI to the TV?
