Hi, I am looking to get a large directional antenna and pre-amp.

I'm a NASCAR fan and this weekend the Cleveland NBC affiliate aired local programming and did not show the race and are scheduled to do so again.

I am hoping to be able to recieve another NBC from another market(Toledo). The station is about 70 miles away. I have occasionally have been able to recieve NBC 24 SD channel at night with my indoor antenna, though the picture is a little fuzzy. I don't care if i can just get the SD channel or HD, either is fine.

Can anyone give some reccomendations on large directional roof top antennae and pre-amps that are good at recieving far away signals?

Thanks

That would be under the most optimal conditions mounted high on the roof outside obviously; realistic normal expectations would be more like:

VHF: 90 ish
UHF: 60 ish

but still very decent.

For the "about" same money IMHO you might get better results from these, but at least the RS model should be local and easily returnable.
