Newb HD Question

I am new to the HD OTA game. I have DirecTV coming out saturday to get my HD dish set up. I can only get my locals OTA. I am looking for the either an indoor or outdoor solution. Here is the link for my locals via OTA: http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/Stations.aspx

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

BTW, my TV is located in the basement.

Recommend a Channel Master 4221.

Aim it at center of cluster, emphasis on the blue stations, might have to get a rotator to swing between ABC and FOX since they are 56 degrees a part.
